What if I did not receive my registration email?
Check your Spam or Junk email to ensure email was not flagged. If you are still unable to locate the email, please contact your IT department to add vidalung.ai domain to your whitelist. You may also navigate directly to the URL: portal.vidalung.ai and select “New Signup” and follow the prompts
What if I am unable to login to the Platform?
Check your email for the VIDA Intelligence Platform registration in your inbox. If the email is not in your inbox, check your “Spam, Junk or Blocked” folder as well. Once email is located follow the link provided and follow the prompts to change your password. You may also navigate directly
