Yes, please complete and submit the Data Transmittal Form (DTF) with the DICOM data.
Even if the site is familiar with VIDA and its practices, the site should still be trained on project specific workflows and the scanning sequence for the additional trial. This can be completed with a shortened training to discuss project specific information (provided the site is in good quality standing).
Please do not scrub the station name, pitch, slice interval, slice thickness, kVp, dose, SFOV, DFOV, dose mod, model, acquisition date/ time, recon algorithms (kernels), rotation time, CTDIvol software version, or the detector configuration.

The head side of the phantom is labeled on the bottom right of the phantom. The phantom crosshairs for iso-centering and the blue sticker with the phantom’s serial number are also located on this side of the test object.
Please insert the water bottle so the cap is facing toward the “head” of the test object.
To fill the water bottle: Carefully fill the bottle with distilled water ensuring no bubbles are present. If a bubble develops, please pour some of the water out of the water bottle. Place your finger over the water bottle opening and carefully tilt upside down to alleviate any air bubbles.
Please fill the water bottle with distilled water only.
Please use the Medium BMI range when scanning the test object.
