From the left navigation options, select ‘My eLearning’. Locate your Project and select the training. Review the material and follow the prompts to complete the quiz to complete the VIDA certification.

How do I upload scans?2025-01-29T10:50:26-06:00

You will be invited through your email to access the Platform and the Project. From these emails, follow the prompts to set up your account. View your Notifications, and accept the invitation to the Project. Prior to using, view and complete any assigned eLearning for your Project. Next, select the Project from the left Navigation and utilize the ‘Browse’ or ‘Drag and Drop’ area to upload your scans.  Follow the uploading instructions.

Attempt access using a different web browser.  Platform access requires a modern web-browser such as: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari.  If the problem persists, the URL may be blocked by your firewall and may require a firewall exception.

Check your Spam or Junk email to ensure email was not flagged. If you are still unable to locate the email, please contact your IT department to add vidalung.ai domain to your whitelist. You may also navigate directly to the URL: portal.vidalung.ai and select “New Signup” and follow the prompts to complete the form.

Check your email for the VIDA Intelligence Platform registration in your inbox.  If the email is not in your inbox, check your “Spam, Junk or Blocked” folder as well. Once email is located follow the link provided and follow the prompts to change your password. You may also navigate directly to the URL: portal.vidalung.ai and select “New Signup” and follow the prompts to complete the form.
